1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the Academic Tutoring Online Store (ATC Store). The use of the ATC Store is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order to the ATC Store indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Academic Tutoring reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

2. PAYMENT

Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete checkout process. You will not be charged prior to the final step and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken. Academic Tutoring accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. You must comply with the applicable T&Cs of these providers. 3. NOTIFICATIONS

Most orders will be fulfilled within 24 working hours from time of purchase.  Once your order is placed, we will send a welcome email that contains your username and password.

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds are not offered. All sales are final.

5. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

While Academic Tutoring has tried to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on the ATC Store are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your personal information, can be found at Privacy Policy. By using this ATC Store, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and our billing agent has debited your credit or debit card.

8. REGISTRATION

Where you register for the ATC Store the stated terms and conditions apply. You must provide us with true and accurate registration information. You must keep any username and password allocated to you confidential, and we are entitled to assume that anyone using that username and password is you. Sharing of username and password is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel accounts if sharing of username and password is discovered.
